We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page (s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
The information that is recorded with the Brookfield Sports Complex player card is for internal use only. Information is recorded in case of injury or disciplinary reasons.
Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy:
If a team or player withdraws from a class or session once the registration deadline has passed a fee of $150 will be deducted from the league fee and $50 for classes for administrative fees. The remainder will be refunded to the credit card used on file or sent via mail within 4-6 weeks upon confirmation of withdrawal. Any team (s) choosing to withdraw from a league after the schedules have been released a refund will not be granted. Any checks that are returned due to insufficient funds will acquire a $25 administration fee in addition to the fee owed to Brookfield Sports Complex. Fees will be compounded if the check doesn’t clear.
Field Rental Policy:
All indoor and outdoor field rentals must be paid in full and user agreement must be signed prior to rental. Failure to do so will result in loss of field time. Any damages to the field or complex will be charged to the credit card that was supplied for rental or billed to renters organization.
October 1-May 31 Rental cancellations are nonrefundable.
June 1-Septemebr 30 Rental cancellations are refundable minus a $50 administrative fee if BSC is given more than a 48-hour notice. If BSC is not given at least a 48-hour notice, rental cancellations are nonrefundable.
User Agreement
Game Rescheduling Policy:
Brookfield Sports Complex will do its best to work around any conflict provided to us PRIOR to setting the season schedule, though we cannot guarantee. All conflicts must be listed on the registration form at the time of registration.
In Session 1 or 3, we will reschedule a game for a fee of $20. The team that requests the reschedule will owe the fee. We do not take reschedule requests for Session 2.
Social Media Policy:
Brookfield Sports Complex uses a variety of social media outlets to connect with patrons, sponsors, and community. Pictures and or video taken by Brookfield ports Complex or hired company may be used for marketing material or posts, but will not be sold. By participating in any leagues, classes or rentals at Midwest Orthopedic Sports Complex you are granting us permission to use video or pictures without additional requests or compensation.
Brookfield Sports Complex will not discriminate against any views expressed by the public and posts are subject to Wisconsin Public Records laws and we reserve the right to delete posts when comments are violent, obscene, threatening, profane or defamatory towards any person or organization.
Weather Closing Policy:
If Brookfield Sports Complex were to close due to inclement weather conditions, teams that were scheduled to play that day or night will receive a tie of 0-0. The games or rentals will not be rescheduled and refunds will not be issued.
Closing information will be posted on our Facebook Page, Website and teams will be contacted via e-mail.
