During busy season, October 15th – March 15th, base cost of party is due at time of booking. Outside of busy season, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure the date.

Adult beverages may be purchased at the facility cafe. Cafe staff is not scheduled unless requested prior to an event. Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance and a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required. Deposit will be applied to tabs over $50. Tabs under $50 will forfeit the remaining balance. *Outside adult beverages are not permitted.

In busy season, October 15th -March 15th, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Outside of busy season, cancellations 30 or more days before the scheduled party will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled party will result in a refund less a $210 field and administrative fee.

There will be a $25 rescheduling fee, to change the date of the party within 30 days of the party.

We offer a $30 discount for active BSC members. Membership must be active at time of booking and date of party. Membership must be referenced at time of booking to receive discount. 

All children in attendance at a birthday party must have a signed waiver in order to participate.

For guaranteed availability, any add on must be requested at least 7 business days prior to party date. Any requests within 7 business days cannot be guaranteed. Add ons to be paid for at time of request.

  1. Can we bring in our food and dessert? YES! Feel free to bring in your own food and dessert. We do offer freezer space for frozen treats!
  2. Are cups, plates and cutlery included? Yes! All tableware and cutlery is included. Themed tableware is available at an additional cost. 
  3. Should we bring party decorations? The Party Room does come fully decorated with Happy Birthday themed decor.  However, you most definitely can bring your own decor to add if you would like! We just ask that it is not destructive to our property and that it is all cleaned up. 
  4. How early can we arrive to set up for the party? Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes to party start time.
