Brookfield Sports Complex is looking for individuals that are self-motivated and value teamwork.  An ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and is open to performing any type of task.  Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or soccer is a plus and an outgoing, friendly personality typically is rewarded with greater tips!

Game officials must control games and enforce fair and healthy play. They must ensure that players, coaches, and teams know and follow the rules associated with each league or program. They must keep games running on time and make unbiased, confident calls. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills to resolve conflicts that may arise. Officials are paid per game and work as subcontractors.

Soccer Stars Coaches: Cultivating Young Talent with Skill and Fun

Soccer Stars Coaches will lead our youth classes. They need to be energetic, positive and encouraging. The classes concentrate on the child’s overall skill development through agility and skill-building games, while also focusing on the fundamentals of soccer.

Coaches must be energetic, positive, and encouraging individuals with a passion for teaching. They must strive to create a secure environment that encourages learning and instills confidence in each young player.

These coaches lead our Youth Individual Sign-Up Teams. They are expected to be energetic and encouraging while promoting a fun and positive growth environment. They will coach a team for the length of an entire session. There are many different age brackets offered.

Shift Managers will be responsible for serving cafe food and drinks to patrons, answering basic questions from customers and assisting in house as needed. Primary functions include customer service, selling food, drinks, and alcohol, and handling inventory and money. Ideal candidates will demonstrate positive communication, interpersonal skills, and showcase good customer service & leadership capabilities. Having experience in soccer is a plus as majority of customers will be soccer related.

Shift managers should be able to obtain a Brookfield Bartending Permit (assisted by BSC management) and must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.

Birthday Party shifts include set up, hosting the party activities for the length of the party, and clean up. Birthday Party hosts will lead and direct all activities involved. Parties range in ages from 4-17 years old. Hosts are expected to be energetic and positive and to foster a respectful, fun environment.
