Birthday Party availability during the months of December, January and February during the evenings and weekends are extremely limited.
BOOKING POLICIES:
For Birthday Party packages, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure the date.
For rental packages, payment is due upon booking.
Adult beverages may be purchased at the facility cafe. Depending on the time of year, cafe staff is not scheduled unless requested prior to an event. Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance.
*Outside adult beverages are not permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
During our busy season, October 15th -March 15th, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
Outside of our busy season, cancellations 30 or more days before the scheduled party will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of the scheduled party will result in a refund minus a $75 administrative fee.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled party will not be eligible for a refund.
CLEANING POLICY:
All nonhost parties that utilize the party room are responsible for cleaning up. BSC reserves the right to charge a $50 cleaning fee if necessary.
For guaranteed availability, any add on must be requested at least 7 business days prior to party date. Any requests within 7 business days cannot be guaranteed. Add ons to be paid for at time of request.
- Can we bring in our food and dessert? YES! Feel free to bring in your own food and dessert. We do offer freezer space for frozen treats!
- Are cups, plates and cutlery included? Yes! All tableware and cutlery is included. Themed tableware is available at an additional cost.
- Should we bring party decorations? The Party Room does come fully decorated with Happy Birthday themed decor. However, you most definitely can bring your own decor to add if you would like! We just ask that it is not destructive to our property and that it is all cleaned up.
- How early can we arrive to set up for the party? Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes to party start time. The party room is not guaranteed to be fully set up until 15 minutes prior to the party start time.
